Fred D. Sisk planned a route that would lead him down a road to success more than 30 years ago, and ever since then, he has not looked back. Attributing his accomplishments to his education, Mr. Sisk feels that all that he has learned through the years has proven valuable. He served as second lieutenant in the U.S. Army. In addition, he worked in aerial photography for 15 years before becoming a senior instructor at a mapping school. Mr. Sisk is a former president of the Civil War Round Table of Fredericksburg, an officer of City Elections in the City of Fredericksburg, and a member of the Board of Directors for the City Bus System at the Virginia Department of Transportation. He also serves as a notary for the Virginia Secretary of Commonwealth, and he is a former president of the Homeowners Association.
